A proposal states the included work, hours, fees and exclusions. Any additional charge requires your approval before the added work begins.
With your permission, discovery can identify missing personal or business returns and notices. A tax assessment consultation costs $99 USD; tax preparation and representation are separately agreed.
Routine bookkeeping does not automatically require a paid tax consultation.

No. Historical cleanup can be scoped first, with monthly maintenance considered separately.
If discovery identifies tax needs, we can discuss a separate assessment and appropriately qualified practitioner. Bookkeeping does not include tax work unless the engagement says so.
We identify the missing periods and information for review. Unsupported figures are not accepted as completed records.
