U3 Consulting Group LLC operates Books In Place (booksinplace.com). These terms govern website use and initial inquiries. A separate accepted written agreement defines any professional services or assignment.

Discovery and service scope

Initial discovery identifies needs and does not establish an engagement. Bookkeeping fees are quoted after scoping. A tax assessment consultation costs $99 USD, with its coverage and terms disclosed before payment. Preparation and representation are separate engagements. Complex bookkeeping assessment fees, if proposed, require prior agreement.

Fees and changes

Additional work and charges require an accepted written change. Online payment and booking are not yet enabled. Any cancellation, refund or credit terms must be provided before paid work is accepted.

Information and privacy

Provide accurate professional or inquiry information and identify uncertainty. Do not submit tax IDs, passwords, card details, account access codes or client records through general contact. Supporting evidence uses separately approved collection.

No promised outcomes

We do not promise agency decisions, penalty relief, refunds, payment arrangements or financing outcomes. Website content does not replace professional review or a signed engagement.

Communications

Providing a phone number does not automatically authorize marketing, texts, artificial-voice callbacks or recording. Any applicable permissions are requested separately.

Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal information, publish confidential material, introduce malicious software or infringe others' rights. These terms do not replace applicable mandatory protections or a signed service agreement.
